I was worried after reading the reviews that it wasn't a garmin item and that it wouldn't fit. The one I got is a garmin and it fits utterly like the initial that came with the unit. Now I have one at work and one at home and I'm happy.

Waste of money

Not identical to the primary product. I have to tape the forerunner (305) to the charger each time I use it. It seems to work if I am exact sufficient in regards to positioning before applying the tape. What a hassle. I ended up buying another one from Garmin - it works fine.
