I purchased this because I changed my GPS, and now use the Triton. Unfortunately, the old holder wouldn't work with the Triton. The former holder had a thick piece of rubber to use if you had slender handlebars. This one didn't. Without that, this holder could not be tightened sufficient to stay in the position I wanted. I was capable to use a heap of black electric tape to wrap around the handle bar respective times in order to build up it's diameter. Other than that, it works fine.
