1Apparently Not Compatable With 5310
By Travis
The hook-up to the gps is a micro usb. When connected to my 5310, it recognizes it as being connected to a computer, which locks the screen. The gps isnt usable when connected. Not only this but the wall charger keeps getting caught in the socket, and makes a lot of sparks when being plugged. It also makes an annoying humming noise, Im not sure if it is electricity, or a fan in the charger itself but it is very troubling. Even even though it was cheap, and I took a gamble on buying it, I would like the things I buy that say they work with my gps, to veritably work with it.

4Good price
By J. L. Feldman
I expended $25 on a universal GPS car charger at Radioshack a year ago, and it gave me not one thing but difficulties in that time. So far, this charger worked right off the bat and apart from the cord being a little short, it is great.

5Charger for Magellan
By Denise Newman
I am exclusively satisfied with this product! The price was right and I genuinely like the option of being competent to charge the GPS at home rather of always in the vehicle. I would unquestionably buy this again if the need arises!

4Just like the mount that came with the firstborn 1412
By Josh
I purchased this mount because I managed to lose the introductory car mount in a rental car while out on a business trip. The mount works outstanding and is precisely like the mount that came with my primary Magellan 1412 Roadmate. I haven't had any troubles with it is suction force, and that's after installing it in a dozen dissimilar rental cars. Works great.

5Magellan Suction Cup Mount
By niñomarvino
The Magellan Suction Cup Mount does what it is supposed to do and no more. The only thing is, I do not think that it is a good idea to mount it on the front window. The changes in temperature to the front window (sun, cold, rain etc.) may cause the mount to fall off. It is best to use an adhesive disk mounted on the dashboard. This must keep the mount in place. Be sure that the right mount is purchased for the model of GPS unit that you have.

5Great Replacement Windshield Mount
By LokiDucks
I was apprehensive regarding buying this mount since it was plainly not the same model as the one that in the first place came with my Magellan Maestro 4040. However, given the fact that my original mount fell apart, I was more than willing to give it a try.

Now that I've received the mount and have been capable to test it out, I'm exceedingly pleased. The suction cup is littler and seems to cohere more strongly than the original mount. Additionally, the swivel-ball connection point allows for the screen of the GPS to be positioned in a number of ways the old mount would not allow.

In addition to the above 2 outstanding points, the price was exceedingly reasonable, in particular equated to what Magellan is selling. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that the mounting bracket that attaches to the GPS is not included with the mount. You'll have to save it from your old mount, or buy a new one separately.
