Its okay

It is okay but not impressive. The clear plastic that covers the screen of my Magellan is kinda cheap, but it does fit fine, meaning that the hole in the plastic for the joystick is in the right place and allows for fine movement. The case is not water proof by any stretch. I do like the selections on the back of the case for belt loop or clipping it to something else (maybe a backpack?) or nonetheless you may want to carry it.

I not so long ago ordered this case because I couldn't find a better one for the explorist. I was happy to find that the majority of the things humans complained in regards to were fixed, at least on the one I got. Instead of the mute clip it had a carabineer; the fit was almost perfective (not too tight); and the color was black, not the weird brownish purple.

I don't recognise if there is a perfective case for the explorist, but in my opinion this one comes the closest. It seems like it's decent quality and the price is right.

Ill-fitting and cheaply made

From the former 4 favorable reviews, the case is NOT what I expected after I received it. It is ill-fitting; buttons are hard to use by way of the cheap plastic window and thru the side holes. The case has no opening for recharging a battery. In addition, it is not returnable to the marketer I purchased it from, so buyer beware.
