Not so great

This product didn't fit my GPS unit (although it says that it does!). Bummer. Anyway, when I tried it with one that did fit, it was all over the dash. So......

Perfect if you like a flying GPS

This product is total crap. The base is perfectly fine and looks precisely like the base for the Garmin GPS my sister has. It stays in place no matter what the road conditions. To make it work for the Magellan they provide a flimsy little attachment that scarcely connects with the ball in place to hold the other model GPS. Hit a bump in the road and the GPS will fly off of the base along with the flimsy attachment. I had to reach down quickly and throw it in my lap and rely on what the GPS voice was telling me without seeing the map until I could pull over and reattach it to the base. If you want to feel safe on the road do not buy this product.
